Slower traffic keep right

Is it the same from Los Angeles to Portland, ME? You’re going down the freeway at 70 MPH and there’s a car doing 45 in the left hand lane, no traffic in sight?

Since yesterday was Earth Day, think of the energy, lives and time that could be saved if state patrols nationwide cracked down on those lollygagging in the left-hand lane. It would speed up rush hour traffic. State legislators should impose hefty fines for those blocking the byways’ arteries by hogging the left lane.
