Sept. 15, 2009 Navi Radjou wrote in Harvard Business Review that India’s fastest growing retailer is utilizing the same skills Marketing Sociologist Richard C. Kelleher, M.B.A. has been advocating for business in the United States.

These principles are looking at history, cycles theory advocated by Edward Dewey and utilizing 21st Century marketing and advanced management skills for creating profit.

Radjou wrote, I see two lessons that Western corporate leaders can learn from Future Group.:"Whole brain" marketing and communication techniques that combine both art (gut feeling, sociology, and even mythology) and science (analytics, business processes) are key for shaping new markets and keeping employees engaged.
