As newspapers close and lay off all their professional staff, I became convinced YouTube, MySpace and now Twitter were 21st Century communications in early 2007 – shortly after CBS. So if CBS and someone with more than 30-years experience (plus an MBA) get it, why don’t your 20-something public relations professionals who say yes to your every whim?
