Newspapers are dying, television and radio are laying off. Yet the media is copying almost everything posted on this blog. First, NBC news, today AFP news, “More Americans buy music online, fewer buy CDs.”
Almost identical to “2008 music downloads break 1-billion, but press only reports bad news” posted January 1, 2009 on Marketing Sociologist. Again, as my mother said, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

On May 4, 2007, Arizona’s top radio team acknowledged my statement, “TMZ the new CNN.” Just this week New York Times or similar high profile news outlet did a story citing how TMZ is breaking stories before other media.
Never dreamed this small blog by a United Stated Bedouin would be copied by media outlets world-wide. Should we say, Marketing Sociologist blog, the new TMZ?
